A antibody coding nucleotide sequences is derived from recombinations among V-genes, J-genes, and D-genes (for heavy chain) and subsequent hyper-mutations. Its germline version prior to hyper-mutation is approximated by assembling corresponding V/(D)/J genes in order with the retention of its extant CDR3 segment.
