An antibody coding sequence is derived from recombinations among V-genes, J-genes, and D-genes (for heavy chain) and subsequent hyper-mutations. Antibody lineages are inferred assuming sequences with the same V/(D)/J gene composition and identical CDR3 length are resulted from the same group of B-cells with shared origins. Options are provided to implement different rules of clustering at protein sequence level
